Clear analysis of the threats facing the United States.

The Arcis Project studies established and emerging threats to American security, at home and abroad, and the ways they reach civilian life. We advise those responsible for meeting them.

Focus Areas

I Narrative Control How the information a society relies on is shaped, and by whom.
II Artificial Intelligence Capability, dependence, and risk in systems that now inform national decisions.
III Media Warfare The use of media as an instrument of conflict against civilian populations.

Approach

Analysis first. Counsel where it is useful.

Our work is measured, sourced, and published when it is ready. It is written for the people who carry the responsibility for acting on it.
